Installation appointment (report only)
As soon as your SEPA mandate is validated, you will receive an email to schedule a video appointment to install the module. The module is configured in report-only mode: it detects and logs threats without blocking your traffic, giving you time to calibrate the rules to your store.
Configuring and activating exceptions
One week later, we schedule a second appointment to review the collected alerts, configure the exceptions necessary for your business, and then fully activate the protection.
